The Early Learning Manager (Centre Director) isresponsibleforensuringthe Clare Court service delivers a high-quality educationalprogram thatis responsivetochildren,familiesandthelocal community.
Working closely with the Assistant Manager andEducationalLeaders,theywilllead,coachand develop their team ofeducators and teachers and nurture a positive work workplace.
Bringing leadership experience working in program, ideally as a Bachelor qualified teacher, the Manager is responsible for ensuring the serviceisefficient,effectiveandsustainable.Theywill join a group of experienced and dedicated Early Learning Managers acrossour 9 services, contributing to the continuous growth of theorganisation.
