Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to join the Newcastle team.
The successful candidate will deliver cost estimation for feasibility studies, prepare cost estimates and provide budgets and cashflows, while supporting post-contract services including measurement, valuations and variations.
The role emphasizes advising on construction methods, procurement, contract types and contractor selection, plus benchmarking and ensuring design remains within budget.
