The Prospect
This is more than an educator role — it's a leadership opportunity for someone who thrives oncoaching others, improving program quality, and delivering enriching experiences for children.
You'll work closely with the leadership team to:
Lead curriculum development on site
Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes
Mentor and coach educators to build capability and confidence
Champion best practice in child development and program delivery

Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience as anExperienced Educator (Cert III + 4+ years)orDiploma-qualified Advanced Educator
Strong understanding ofchild development and program planning




Demonstrated ability tocoach, mentor, and support educators
Experience leading or influencingprogram quality and continuous improvement
Essential Requirements
Certificate III (minimum) or Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
Current First Aid, CPR & Child Protection Certification
Relevant OSHC / childcare experience
