About the Home
Walmsley Aged Care is a purpose-built 120-bed residential aged care community providing state-of-the-art care through our Better Together model.
Opened in November ****, the home features a café, private dining facilities, a hair and beauty salon, a multi-faith room and a gym to support rehabilitation, all within a unique household living model designed for 16 to 19 residents.
The Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you'll be part of the clinical team, partnering with Clinical Care Managers, Registered Nurses and multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and positive resident outcomes.
What You'll Do
Deliver safe,



person-centred and compliant nursing care
Monitor, assess and report changes in resident health and wellbeing
Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
Support clinical governance, AN-ACC, NQIP, risk and quality requirements
Collaborate with residents, families and the broader care team to achieve the best possible outcomes
About You
Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration
Passion for delivering quality aged care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Desirable: Minimum 2+ years' experience in Aged Care
