About the Role
n
As an aviation cleaning Supervisor at Brisbane Airport, you'll play a vital role in creating safe, clean, and memorable travel experiences for passengers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness throughout the airport, ensuring the environment is always welcoming.
n
About you
n
n
Minimum one year's supervisory experience
n
Reliable, proactive, and physically fit
n
Able to work independently and in a team
n
Coordinate daily cleaning duties and team support
n
Perform general site cleaning: amenities, food court, car parks, bins (as required)
n
Monitor cleaning quality and report issues to management
n
Assist with roster adjustments and task allocation
n
Report hazards and incidents
n
Maintain WHS compliance and skilled communication
n
n
About You:
n
n
A team player who enjoys working with others
n
Strong customer engagement skills and a positive attitude
n
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-traffic airport environment
n




Detail-oriented and committed to workplace health and safety
n
Open to learning and growing in the cleaning industry
n
Ability to successfully pass a Criminal History Check, Drug and Alcohol Screening, and Medical Assessments
n
Ability to obtain an ASIC (Criminal History Clearance)
n
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
n
Strong work ethic and punctuality
n
n
Skills & Experience:

High level of presentation and cleanliness
n
Excellent communication and customer service skillsProven ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
Physically fit and able to walk for extended periods also bend and lift
n
Friendly, approachable, and happy disposition
