Extra Care Scheme Manager Liskeard, Cornwall (PL14 area)

£32,966 per annum + 25 Days Holiday + Excellent Benefits

Lead a service where independence, community and exceptional care come first. We're looking for an experienced Extra Care Scheme Manager to oversee a well‐established service in Liskeard, leading a dedicated team and ensuring residents receive outstanding person-centred support that enables them to live safely and independently in their own homes.
What You'll Do n
n
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing care team
n
Oversee the day-to-day running of the Extra Care scheme
n
Ensure safe, effective and person-centred care delivery
n
Manage staffing levels, rotas and workforce planning
n
Maintain excellent standards of CQC compliance and quality
n
Build solid relationships with residents, families and local partners
n
Manage budgets, performance targets and service objectives
n
What We're Looking For n
n
Management experience within Extra Care, domiciliary care, supported living or community services
n
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and social care legislation




n
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
n
Budget management and commercial awareness
n
A passion for delivering exceptional care and developing great teams
n
