ICG Fleming is looking for a Contract Administrator to join our commercial plumbing and hydraulics team in Wagga Wagga.
n
We're looking for someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in getting the details right and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves when there's plenty to get through.
n
This is an important, hands‐on role supporting our Project Manager and site teams to keep our plumbing projects organised, commercially controlled and moving forward.

What you'll be doing
n
You'll take ownership of the day‐to‐day contract and project administration across our hydraulic projects, including:

Subcontracts, purchase orders, variations, EOTs and project registers
n
Procurement, supplier quotes, orders and lead‐time tracking
n
Subcontractor claims, invoices, cost coding and financial reporting
n
RFIs, ITPs, drawings and document control through Procore
n
Assisting with budgets, forecasts and monthly cost reporting
n
Keeping compliance documentation, submissions and approvals on track
n
Coordinating O&M; manuals, As Builts and project closeout
n
Working closely with our Project Manager, plumbers, supervisors, suppliers and subcontractors.

Who will suit this role?

You might already be a Contract Administrator, Project Administrator or Project Coordinator, or have robust administration experience within plumbing or a trade‐based project environment.
n
More importantly, you'll be someone who is reliable, hardworking and organised. You like getting things finished, keeping on top of the detail and being someone the team can depend on.
n
If you enjoy having responsibility, becoming really good at what you do and being a valued, long‐term member of a close‐knit team, this could be a great fit.
n
Experience with Procore, HammerTech and Microsoft Office will be highly regarded (but not essential).
