Responsibilities
n
n
Coach & develop the team through constructive & effective feedback with the aim to improve employee knowledge, performance & reduce staff turnover.
n




Participate in and coordinate innovation activities relating to operations & service practices to improve the customer & employee experience.
n
Lead by example through superior customer service, positive & effective communication & productivity.
n
Demonstrate dispute resolution techniques to resolve staff and customer grievances in an efficient manner ensuring a positive business outcome is achieved.
n
Work well under pressure with the ability to multi task.
n
Efficiently & effectively report on customer and employee related incidents.
n

Qualifications
n

Do you have A passion for exceptional customer service
n
Sound knowledge and experience in hospitality
n
Leadership & management experience
n
Current qualifications - RSA, RSG, Approved Managers License & RMLV
n
A Police Check
n
