Job Description
Barwon Health is seeking a Consultation Liaison Nurse to join the Hospital Acute Intervention Service.
You will deliver expert mental health assessment and intervention across generalist hospital settings, supporting patients and families with person-centred care plans.
You will lead and educate generalist teams, promote best-practice care, and contribute to education, projects and policy development while strengthening links between hospital, community and private partners.
