Delivery Partner Audit & Assurance Officer
You'll work across assurance, compliance, operational performance and continuous improvement. You could be reviewing NHVR, Chain of Responsibility and safety compliance, analysing performance data, supporting investigations or identifying opportunities to improve processes. A key part of the role will be looking at how we can automate and simplify existing processes - using AI, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot and other technology to improve efficiency, reporting and visibility.
Key responsibilities
Conduct operational, compliance and assurance reviews
Identify risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities
Analyse data and performance trends to drive better outcomes
Support investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions
Build solid relationships with delivery partners and operational teams
Identify opportunities to automate, streamline and improve processes
Develop dashboards,



reporting and smarter digital solutions
Explore and apply AI and emerging technology to improve efficiency
Contribute to continuous improvement across the network
About you
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication
A practical, hands-on and continuous improvement mindset
Confidence working with systems, data and reporting
Strong technology, AI or automation capability
Curiosity to challenge traditional ways of working
Current Australian Driver Licence and willingness to travel regionally
