We are partnering with a growing financial services business that is looking to appoint a Product Manager to help shape and improve its product offering.
n
This is a broad product role for someone who enjoys understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities and working with different parts of a business to turn ideas into commercially viable products and improvements.
n
You will work closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, helping to ensure the organisation's products continue to deliver value for customers while supporting broader business objectives.
n
The Role
n
You will be responsible for a broad range of product activities, including:
n
n
Helping define and execute product priorities and initiatives.
n
Researching customer needs, market developments and competitor activity.
n
Identifying opportunities for new products, enhancements and improvements.
n
Building recommendations and business cases to support product decisions.
n
Working with internal teams to take product initiatives from concept through to delivery.
n
Monitoring product performance and identifying areas for improvement.
n
Working with commercial, operational, technology and customer-facing teams to deliver successful outcomes.
n
Maintaining clear product documentation and ensuring key information remains accurate.
n
Supporting pricing,



proposition and product change initiatives.
n
Providing regular insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
n
Contributing to product governance and risk management activities.
n
Keeping across relevant industry developments and regulatory changes.
n
n
Your Role
n
You will be an experienced Product Manager who is comfortable working in a complex and commercially focused environment.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
5+ years' experience in Product Management or a closely related discipline.
n
Experience within financial services, banking, fintech, insurance or another regulated industry preferrably in lending
n
Robust commercial and analytical capability.
n
The ability to use customer and market insights to influence decisions.
n
Experience managing multiple stakeholders and working across different business functions.
n
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
n
A structured approach to managing projects, priorities and competing deadlines.
n
Confidence presenting recommendations and influencing senior stakeholders.
n
An interest in technology, innovation and improving customer experiences.
n
The ability to operate comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
n
