We are currently partnering with established commercial builders across Melbourne who are looking to strengthen their project and commercial teams.
n
With strong pipelines of secured work, opportunities are available for Contract Administrators and Project Coordinators at varying levels of experience.
n
The Role
n
Depending on your experience, you will work closely with Project Managers, Senior CAs and site teams across the commercial and contractual delivery of projects.
n
Roles range from Junior / Intermediate CA positions through to more experienced CA / PC opportunities with greater project ownership.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Subcontractor procurement, tender comparisons and trade packages
n
Contracts, variations,



progress claims and project documentation
n
Commercial reporting, forecasting and cost control
n
Coordination with project teams, consultants and subcontractors
n
Design coordination, shop drawings and document control where required
n
n
The Ideal Candidate
n
n
Contract Administrator or Project Coordinator from a commercial head contractor
n
Experience from Junior / Intermediate CA through to established CA / PC level
n
Commercial construction experience highly regarded
n
Exposure to education, aged care, commercial or similar projects beneficial
n
Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
n
n
