About the role
n
A major D365 CRM program is underway and they need a Change Manager who can take the wheel. This isn't a support role - you'll be shaping the strategy, setting the direction, and making sure the business lands on the other side of this transformation in good shape.
n
The program is complex, the stakeholders are senior, and the pace is fast.



You'll need to be across all of it - working closely with the internal program team and external implementation partners from day one through to go-live.

What you'll be doing
n

Lead end-to-end change strategy across a phased D365 CRM implementation
n
Build out governance frameworks, change guardrails, and adoption plans
n
Work closely with senior program leadership and implementation vendors
n
Drive engagement and adoption across sales and marketing functions
n
Manage a broad stakeholder landscape across the business
n
See the program through the full lifecycle - not just the fun parts
n

What we're looking for
n
n
Solid background leading change on large, enterprise-wide programs
n
Someone who can influence at a senior level without needing a title to back it up
n
Comfortable in complex, cross-functional environments - you don't need perfect conditions to do good work
n
CRM or D365 exposure is a real plus
n
Experience in fast-paced, consumer-facing businesses will be well regarded
n
Self-starter who brings commercial nous to the table
