n Pay: $45 per hour
n Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
n Employment: Temp to Perm

We are currently looking for an experienced Recycling Team Leader to join a busy recycling operation in Villawood.
n
The ideal candidate will be hands‐on, reliable and able to take initiative. We are looking for someone who is a natural leader and can confidently guide and support a team while also being involved in the day‐to‐day work.

About the role:

Lead and support a team
n
Assist with daily recycling operations
n
Ensure work is completed efficiently and safely
n
Take initiative and help resolve issues as they arise
n




Work alongside the team and lead by example
n
n
What we are looking for:
n
n
Previous experience in recycling, waste management, manufacturing, warehousing or a similar environment is essential
n
Previous team leadership experience is highly regarded
n
Someone who is confident taking initiative and responsibility
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Good communication and teamwork skills
n
Comfortable working in a hands‐on environment
n
Forklift licence is a bonus
n
n
This is a temp‐to‐perm chance for the right person.
