Job Description
You'll be the vital link between our sales team, customers, and operations — keeping orders, pricing, and logistics running smoothly day to day. No two days are the same in seafood, so you'll need to think on your feet and stay cool under pressure, especially around stock availability and time-sensitive deliveries.

Key responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, from enquiry through to invoicing
n
Liaise with customers, and the logistics team to coordinate timely deliveries
n
Maintain and update pricing, stock levels, and customer records in the sales system
n
Handle customer queries, and order changes professionally
n
Support compliance with food safety
n
Assist the sales team and general admin support
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or order processing (seafood,



FMCG, or perishable goods experience highly regarded)
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with pricing and stock data
n
Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with customers
n
Ability to multitask and stay organised under time pressure
n
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; experience with ERP or order management systems a plus
n
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
n

Working hours are 5am to 2pm Mon - Fri
