We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in North Parramatta, working across AM and PM shifts. This is your chance to make a meaningful difference, while growing your career in a supportive and values-driven setting.

What You'll Do:

Carry out initial and ongoing assessment, planning, and management of nursing care for residents
n
Develop personal care plans to ensure residents' individual needs are identified and met, and monitor any changes in care plans
n
Participate in quarterly care plan evaluations, or more frequently as needed
n
Ensure all documentation required for quality care is prepared, maintained, monitored, evaluated, and up to date in accordance with SCC policies and procedures
n
Ensure completion and accuracy of all ACFI claims
