Job Description
Working alongside our experienced team, you will be involved in the manufacture and delivery of high-quality custom joinery and cabinetry.

For the Leading Hand position, you will also take an active role in coordinating day-to-day workshop operations, supporting, and guiding other team members, maintaining quality standards and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Qualified and experienced Cabinet Maker
n
Solid knowledge of cabinetmaking and joinery construction
n
Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
n
Reliable, punctual, and professional
n
Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team
n




Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work
n
Good communication and problem-solving skills
n
Current White Card
n

For Leading Hand applicants:
n
n
Previous supervisory or Leading Hand experience preferred
n
Ability to coordinate workflow and assist in managing workshop priorities
n
Confidence supervising and supporting tradespeople and apprentices
n
Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions
n
A hands-on approach - this is a working Leading Hand position
