Key responsibilities

Assembly of custom joinery in the factory.
n
Install custom kitchens, laundries, wardrobes, vanities and other cabinetry on-site.
n
Read and interpret cabinetry plans, specifications and installation drawings.
n
Accurately measure and assess site conditions before and during installation.
n
Complete on-site adjustments, modifications and finishing work where required.
n
Identify and communicate site issues, discrepancies and potential delays promptly.
n
Work collaboratively with the Foreman and workshop team to resolve installation issues.
n
Liaise professionally with clients, builders, site supervisors and other trades.
n
Use Monday.com to access job information, update progress and record relevant site details.
n

About you
n
n
Previous experience in cabinet installation or a similar trade-based installation role.
n




A strong understanding of cabinet installation techniques and processes.
n
Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship.
n
Strong practical problem-solving skills.
n
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
n
A skilled, reliable and solutions-focused approach.
n
A current driver's licence.
n
