JRM Resources is a WA-based civil contractor seeking experienced Earthworks Site Supervisors to lead daily operations across current and upcoming projects.
You will oversee earthworks, drainage and related civil works, coordinating crews and subcontractors to deliver safely and to high standards.
This hands-on leadership role requires 5+ years in earthworks supervision, solid client and team communication, and the ability to plan resources and monitor productivity.
