Key Areas of Practice
We are particularly interested in RMAs with experience in:
Employer Sponsored Visas– Subclass 482, 186, 494 and Labour Agreements
General Skilled Migration (GSM)– Subclass 189, 190 and 491
Skills Assessments
Family & Partner Visas
Preparing high-quality visa applications, submissions and legal arguments
Researching migration legislation, policy and relevant case law
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Current OMARA registration as a Registered Migration Agent
2 years of Australian migration practice experience
Strong case management and client communication skills
Excellent research and written submission skills
Ability to manage multiple cases, priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
A professional, client-focused and results-oriented approach
