Evergreen Support Services is looking for an additional Support Worker to join an existing team supporting a participant living in a SIL home in Minto.
You will assist as a third support person during personal care and manual handling, working alongside the participant's existing team.
Key responsibilities
Assist with personal care and manual handling as a third support person
Work alongside the participant's existing support team
Help out around the home and use your initiative
Build and maintain a positive relationship with the participant and support team
About you
Comfortable working as part of a team
Confident with personal care and manual handling, or willing and able to learn the participant's specific support requirements
A team player who communicates well with others
Reliable and consistent
An animal lover
Genuinely interested in building a good relationship with the participant and existing support team
