The Role
Service, diagnose and repair a modern underground fleet, keeping equipment running safely and reliably for the production and development teams.
Carry out scheduled servicing, breakdown repairs and fault-finding on underground mobile equipment.
Work across a solid fleet of Sandvik, CAT and Normet drills, loaders and ancillary machinery.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical faults and complete repairs to a high standard.
Complete accurate job cards, parts requests and maintenance records.
Work closely with supervisors and the wider maintenance team to prioritise jobs and minimise downtime.

Your Value
We're after a qualified Heavy Diesel Fitter who can hit the ground running on underground mobile equipment.
Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Fitter / Diesel Mechanic (Cert III or equivalent).
Experience maintaining and repairing underground hard rock mobile equipment.
Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
Solid safety mindset and clear communication on site.
Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test and national police check.
Current manual driver's licence.
