About the Role:
n
As a Picker / Packer, you'll play an essential role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and efficiently before being delivered across our network. Using MHE / Pallet rider equipment and RF scanners, you'll work as part of a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and productivity. Successful applicants will be allocated to the team best suited to their skills and experience.

Ambient & White Milk:
n
n
Repetitive manual handling including consistent lifting of heavier products
n
Quick-paced work environment while maintaining accuracy and meeting daily productivity targets
n




Temperature-controlled environment requiring exceptional attention to detail
n
Precise, repetitive picking at a consistent high work rate
n
Work in sub-zero conditions at a reliable and consistent pace
n
Previous freezer experience is highly regarded
n

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners
n
Meet productivity and accuracy targets
n
Perform repetitive manual handling throughout your shift
n
Follow all food safety and workplace safety procedures
n
Work collaboratively within a high-performing team

What You'll Bring:

Previous warehouse order picking experience
n
Experience using a MHE / Pallet rider
n
Experience using RF scanners
n
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
