Hear and Say is a Queensland wide provider of speech pathology and audiology services. We operate state-wide and support people of all ages - from newborn babies, toddlers, school-age children, and adults.

An exceptional opportunity currently exists for a suitably experienced and motivated individual to join us in the permanent full time role of Fundraising Systems and Regular Giving Specialist.
n
Reporting to the Chief Philanthropy Officer, The Fundraising Systems & Regular Giving Specialist is the operational anchor of the Philanthropy and Engagement team. Split across regular giving program management, including external workplace giving (60%), and CRM and data operations (40%), this role grows and retains The Chorus, Hear and Say's monthly giving program, establishes workplace giving as a new income stream, and leads the migration of Hear and Say's donor database to HubSpot, keeping data integrity and reporting intact across the team's systems.

The role also shadows grant activity to support the team's grants and foundations reporting.

Key Selection Criteria
n




Demonstrated experience in a database, CRM or development operations role, ideally with exposure to regular/monthly giving programs.
n
Tertiary qualification in a related field, and/or equivalent work experience.
n
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or willingness to obtain.

Experience
n
Proven experience managing a CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge or similar); experience leading or supporting a CRM migration highly valued.
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to segment audiences and interpret donor retention data.
n
Experience working within the disability, health or not-for-profit sector, and/or supporting grants and foundations reporting.
n
Skills, Knowledge & Attributes
n
Familiarity with HubSpot Marketing Hub, email marketing automation and payment gateways.

Excellent phone manner and customer service skills for handling donor updates and payment enquiries.
