About the Role: n
You'll join us as a
Patient Coordinator
, becoming the warm, welcoming face of our Mornington clinic. From day one, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the patient journey from enquiry through to treatment.

This is acustomer service and sales-focused role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, guiding decisions, and delivering results.
What You'll Be Doing n
n
Welcome patients with professionalism and warmth
n
Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs
n
Handle phone and online enquiries with confidence and care
n
Support patients through their treatment journey from initial enquiry to conversion
n
Guide patients through financial processes, payment plans, and treatment costs with clarity.
n
Maintain accurate records and complete administrative tasks efficiently
n
Work closely with the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience
n

Experience in customer service and/or sales
