About the role
n Join our growing team at The Smile Collective from our Mornington and Mt Eliza locations. These part-time roles will see you playing a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care and supporting the smooth running of our dental clinic.

What you'll be doing
n
Greeting patients and managing the front-of-house experience
n
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments
n
Handling patient enquiries and booking requests via phone, email and in-person
n
Maintaining accurate patient records and data entry
n
Assisting with billing, payment processing and insurance claims
n
Supporting the dental team with various administrative tasks
n
Fostering positive relationships with patients and promoting the practice
n
What we're looking for
n
Prior experience as a dental receptionist or assistant or in a similar customer-facing healthcare role
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide a warm, friendly and professional service
n




Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
n
Proficiency in using practice management software and standard office applications
n
A positive, proactive and solution-oriented attitude
n
A passion for providing high-quality patient care
