, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality meals and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a casual team member, you will have flexibility whilst contributing your skills and passion to our kitchen operations.
What you'll be doing
Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu specifications and culinary standards
Maintaining food quality, presentation and portion control across all meals
Following proper food safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures at all times
Collaborating with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods
Receiving and storing ingredients, checking quality and managing stock levels
Operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining a clean and organized workstation
Responding to special dietary requirements and guest requests with professionalism
Contributing to menu development and suggesting improvements to dishes
What we're looking for
Proven experience working as a Chef or Cook in a professional kitchen environment 3 Years min
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining quality standards




Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends
Culinary qualifications or relevant training in food preparation
Attention to detail and pride in presenting well-finished dishes
Experience with diverse cuisine types is advantageous
Current understanding of allergen awareness and dietary requirements is preferred
