Your work will include:
ASX Listing Rule compliance
Capital raisings, including IPOs and private placements
Corporate governance
Preparing and negotiating transaction documents
Drafting corporate head office advice
Company secretarial matters
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
M&A; and broader corporate advisory matters

ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will have:
5+ years' PAE in Corporate Law
Experience across M&A; and/or Equity Capital Markets
Experience operating at Senior Associate level, or be close to promotion
Strong technical capability and commercial judgement
A client-focused and collaborative approach
