Job Description
Qantas Technology is seeking a Technical Product Owner for Conversational and Agent AI to deliver a seamless customer experience across the Qantas website, mobile app and IVR. You will own the Digital Assistant platform and work with vendors and internal teams to define strategy and governance.

Hybrid work is offered with 3 onsite days, enabling collaboration with cross‐functional teams while maintaining some versatile work patterns.
