This part‐time opportunity is ideal for an experienced Senior Strata Manager looking to utilise their skills and expertise while maintaining a flexible work schedule.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing three Building Management Committee (BMC) properties, each comprising approximately 300 lots. You will also play a key leadership role by providing training, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their career development and success.

Salary package of up to Pro Rata $150,000 + Super
3 or 4 days a week with flexible hours

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing Schedule B appointments
Attending and facilitating AGMs, EGMs and committee meetings
Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
Managing client enquiries, issues and dispute resolution
Working closely with the team and supporting their training and development
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry best practice
About You:
Must be a Senior strata Manager
Strong knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Professional, solutions-focused and commercially minded
Ability to lead with confidence
