Commercial Building Facade Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated tradesman to join our growing team. CBFS specialises in facade remediation, waterproofing, glazing rectification, and building envelope diagnostics across commercial and high-rise residential buildings.

About the Role
n
The successful candidate will assist with a wide range of facade and building envelope works across Southeast Queensland. Our projects include high-rise apartment buildings, commercial facilities, and complex water-ingress rectification works.
n
Typical works include:

Window and facade rectification
n
Sealant installation and replacement
n
Waterproofing works
n
Flashing installation and remediation
n
Glazing repairs and hardware replacement
n
Destructive investigations and facade inspections
n
Carpentry and structural rectification works
n
Building envelope diagnostics and water testing
n
n
Candidate Requirements
n
We are seeking applicants with experience in one or more of the following trades:

Glazing
n
Waterproofing
n
Carpentry
n
Facade installation
n
Building maintenance or remedial works
n
n
Preferred skills and attributes
n
n
Solid attention to detail
n
Ability to work safely at heights
n
Experience working on commercial or high-rise buildings
n
Problem-solving mindset for investigative work
n
Ability to work both independently and within a team

Licences/Tickets

Construction White Card (essential)
