Join Us as a Field Service & Installation Technician - QLD (Gold Coast)
Are you a team player with solid relationship skills and a passion for fitness and technology? At Technogym, we're looking for someone proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused to join our Service team.
As a Field Service & Installation Technician, you'll maintain, repair, and install fitness equipment at customer sites across Gold Coast and occasionally regional QLD/NT and interstate across Australia. Your mission: deliver top-quality service and ensure the best fitness experience for our clients.

Your Impact
You are ensuring the best fitness experience anywhere
by
Carrying outInstallations, preventative maintenance, service and repairs
Troubleshooting and diagnosing possible equipment faults, performing tests and finding solutions
Educating customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
Properly managing work orders andservice reports
Communicating effectively with customers and elevate problems when necessary
Ensure the equipment is safe to use
About You
Mechanical & electronic engineering skills as well as knowledge of IT networking
Hands-on repair experience in similar role in electro-mechanical discipline
Ability to work autonomously and great time management skills
Comfortable working under pressure and meet productivity goals and targets
Excellent driving history, must hold a current Driver's License
