The Role
n
As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with finance and operational stakeholders to strengthen financial planning, analyse business performance and provide meaningful insights to support better decision-making. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail, understanding what is driving performance and turning complex financial information into transparent, actionable insights.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing financial analysis and performance reporting
n
Supporting budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
n
Undertaking scenario and variance analysis
n
Developing dashboards and management reporting
n
Identifying trends, risks and opportunities across the organisation
n
Partnering with operational stakeholders to support informed decision-making
n
Translating complex financial data into meaningful commercial insights
n




Supporting improvements across financial planning, reporting and processes
n
n
About You
n
You will be a commercially minded Business Analyst with robust financial acumen and the ability to confidently communicate insights to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
n
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
n
n
Previous experience in business, commercial or financial analysis
n
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capability
n
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
n
The ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
n
A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
n
Power BI or Microsoft Business Central experience will be highly regarded
n
