West End Dental, a small and unique boutique clinic, is seeking a full-time Dental Assistant with a special aptitude for reception to join our vibrant team!
What We're Looking For:
Casual dental assistant/receptionist to join our team with the possibility of transitioning into permnent part-time/full-time
Expected Start Date: September
- Minimum 1 year of experience in chairside assistance and reception, will consider less experience for the right candidate
Knowledge with Dental Software Exact preferred but not required – we will happily provide all the training required with this
Full working rights in Australia required - this could be a long term position
Excellent communication skills and professional email etiquette
Strong knowledge of infection control,



sterilisation protocols and dental knowledge required
A friendly, energetic personality with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet patients and manage appointments
Assist the dental team with standard chairside tasks
Maintain transparent communication with patients and staff
Help create a welcoming and positive atmosphere
