Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across employee relations, talent management, engagement, performance, wellbeing and organisational development.

In this role, you will:

Partner with leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned with business priorities.
n
Manage complex employee relations and performance matters.
n
Coach stakeholders to build engaged, high-performing teams.
n
Support talent management, development and workforce planning.
n
Contribute to recruitment, wellbeing and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Mentor junior team members and collaborate with specialist HR functions.
n
n
We are keent to speak with HR professionals with:
n
n




At least seven years' experience as a generalist HR professional, preferably with experience in a professional services workplace.
n
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline.
n
Strong employee relations experience, including complex performance matters.
n
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills.
n
Commercially minded, collaborative and adaptable.
n
Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving process improvement.
n
A genuine interest in AI and innovation within the People function.
n
