We areseeking an experienced and motivated Business Development professional to join our growing team. This role will focus on developing opportunities within the engineering and automation sectors, supporting the continued expansion of our engineered solutions across heavy industry.

Working closely with our experienced engineering team, the successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting bid preparation and project development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within heavy industry and industrial automation
n
Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential clients
n
Support bid preparation and tender submissions
n




Work closely with engineering teams to develop tailored technical solutions for clients
n
Assist in the development of strategic opportunities and long-term client partnerships
n

About You
n
n
Experience in business development, sales, or account management within engineering, automation, or industrial sectors
n
Strong understanding of engineered solutions and industrial environments
n
Exposure to system integration, PLC/SCADA automation, or drive systems is highly regarded
n
Ability to work closely with technical teams to develop client solutions
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
