Gough Recruitment is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to join a well-regarded real estate business in Bankstown. You will manage a sizeable portfolio of approximately 100 properties across commercial, industrial and retail assets, delivering proactive relationship-driven service.

You will build solid landlord and tenant relationships, coordinate inspections, repairs, and budgets, while focusing on property management without accounts responsibilities.
