We are looking for a friendly, professional, and hands-on
Food & Beverage Duty Manager
to join our team. You will oversee daily F&B; operations, lead the team, and ensure an exceptional guest experience across our restaurant, bar, and functions.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations
Lead, support, and motivate the F&B; team
Ensure high standards of service, presentation, and cleanliness
Supervise restaurant, bar, and function operations
Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Assist with team training and onboarding
Monitor stock, wastage, and operational costs
Ensure RSA, safety, and hotel procedures are followed
Work closely with Kitchen, Front Office, Sales, and Events teams
About You
Previous F&B; supervisory or management experience, preferably in hotels
Strong leadership and communication skills
Guest-focused and professional
Well organised and able to work in a fast-paced workplace
Confident handling guest feedback and team matters
RSA required
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
