EBSCO Information Services in North Sydney is seeking a Customer Support Officer to provide timely, high-quality service to our library and institutional customers, promoting EBSCO as a premium service and resolving print and online subscription issues. You will handle multi-channel inquiries, maintain accurate order details, and escalate complex cases to the Journal Services Manager.
Initially office-based with training, then hybrid work pattern per policy.
