You will deliver excellent customer service in a rapid-paced environment while building positive relationships, solving problems and contributing to continuous improvement.

Working as part of a team delivering customer support through a busy multi-channel contact centre, you'll assist internal and external customers across phone, live chat and administrative channels.

Your communication skills, customer focus and ability to multitask, gained in customer service, administration, shared services or contact centre environments, will see you thrive in this role.
