Your Role Will Include:

Assisting customers via phone, email, and in-store
n
Preparing quotes and processing orders
n
Coordinating with the warehouse and delivery teams
n




Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
Supporting external sales staff and management
n
Maintaining accurate sales records and product knowledge
n
n
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in internal sales, retail, or customer service
n
Strong communication and people skills
n
A proactive and positive attitude
n
Computer proficiency and attention to detail
n
Experience in the steel or building industry (highly regarded but not essential)

Ability to work well in a team environment
