We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to step into a Clinical Nurse leadership role within our Ramsay Clinic in Current Farm. This will be a permanent full-time position.
n
As a Clinical Nurse, you will be required to act as a team leader, professional resource, passionate mentor, and a positive role model to junior team members. You will maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders and manage rapidly changing situations with proficiency and care.
n This leadership role will see the successful candidate be fully supported to enhance their skills and grow a career into a management position.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
n
n
Supervise patient care, direct workloads, and resource allocation within the department
n
Serve as a resource person, providing support and ensuring that high-quality, evidence-based care is provided, with an emphasis on National standards
n
Oversee the mentorship and preceptorship of graduate and transitioning Registered Nurses and Endorsed Enrolled Nurses within the department, facilitating learning opportunities and providing timely feedback on nursing performance
n

About You
n
You will bring exceptional customer service, confident communication, and strong interpersonal skills. You will also demonstrate:
n
n
Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse




n
Minimum 4 years'experience as a mental health nurse
n
Relevant post graduate qualifications will be highly regarded
n
A passion for mentoring junior team members and positively influencing their performance
n
Clinical leadership experience is desirable but not essential
n

Remuneration:

On offer for this role is abase hourly rate of$***** -$*****+ superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Level 2.1 - Level 2.4*)
