Edgewater Homes is seeking a Pre-Construction Coordinator to help bring our new home builds to life on a full-time parental cover contract at our Smeaton Grange office.
You will coordinate processes behind the scenes and ensure all moving pieces come together to ready homes for market.
You will liaise with councils, certifiers, and consultants, manage planning approvals, and support a cooperative team with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
