Job Description
Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged 9-25 with disability, across diverse settings.
You will lead an interdisciplinary team, plan NDIS-funded therapy packages and work closely with families to achieve meaningful outcomes.
The role emphasizes flexible, billable work with solid development opportunities in a supportive, values-driven environment within Australia's largest allied health network.
