Customer Service – Seasonal Casual Team member
The position is primarily providing Customer Service from the promotional stand within Hyperdome shopping centre.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

Giving Directions
Sale of Gift Cards
Reconciliation and Reporting
Dealing with Complaints
About you
Happy and polite disposition
Exceptional presentation
Ability to converse with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
Excellent spoken and written English
Flexible and committed
Able to stand for long periods
Availability across 7 days over the Christmas period including weekends and evenings is essential
Highly professional with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
