The Maintenance officer is responsible for ensuring the Stoddart facilities are safe, clean, and operational through the effective completion of regular maintenance tasks.
The role requires the ability to perform a variety of basic skills, including equipment operation, non-technical maintenance, gardening, and general housekeeping.
The position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe and efficient work setting while adhering to Stoddart's quality standards.
More specifically your duties will include the following:




Safely operate an EWP under 11m
Safely operate an Industrial Ride-on Sweeper
Undertake general gardening and landscaping tasks
Undertake non-technical plumbing tasks
Undertake routine factory maintenance
Operate a range of pneumatic and electrical tools
Basic painting
In determining suitability for the role, the following criteria are considered essential:
Skilled at yard work
Skilled at providing non-technical plumbing maintenance
Skilled at using electrical and pneumatic tools
Skilled at providing solutions to routine maintenance requirements
Ability to safely work at heights
Ability to maintain PPE and report/replace defective items
Experienced in working with safety systems
