About the role
Reporting to the Victorian State Manager, this is a part-time (0.37FTE) Sales & Merchandiser role covering a dedicated region.
You will be accountable for all aspects of the sales cycle and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Putting customer experience first will be central to the role, while driving ambitious strategic growth objectives.
You will be part of a broader national team of sales professionals, expected to be innovative, think outside the box, and respectfully challenge the norm.
Key responsibilities
Merchandise stores to a high standard in your region
Maintain and build strong relationships with customers
Drive sales opportunities to existing customer network
Present and promote product features to customers
Product and sales training
Attend promotional events with major retail customers
Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and reporting of safety hazards and near misses
Take ownership of quality of work and support quality culture
Treat others with dignity, courtesy, and respect
About you
Strong interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Effective and efficient at time management
Sales focused and experienced with driving KPIs
Friendly disposition and strong customer focus
Own car and current driver's licence (Motor Vehicle Allowance will be provided)
Capable of manual tasks including lifting and moving heavy items
