Registered Nurse - Case Manager Recovery Support Program

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to contribute to our Recovery Support Program on a permanent, part-time or full-time basis. In this role, you will support patients in achieving their recovery goals, enhancing independence, and participating fully in education, employment, and community life.

You will utilise advanced clinical expertise and leadership to deliver high-quality, person-centred mental health care.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Provide specialist clinical support and evidence-based interventions for complex mental health presentations.
n
Facilitate safe, coordinated transitions across acute, community, and primary care services.
n
Mentor and support early-career practitioners and new team members.
n
Assist patients to achieve recovery goals, build independence, and engage in education, employment, and community life.
n
Deliver therapeutic interventions including brief interventions, motivational interviewing, trauma-informed and family-inclusive care.
n
Educate and support families and carers, and coordinate with local services to connect clients with health, housing, education, employment, and social supports.

About You
n
You bring advanced clinical knowledge, strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to supporting recovery. You thrive in a dynamic team workplace and promote a culture of learning, quality improvement and teamwork.

n
Minimum 4 years' experience as a Mental Health Registered Nurse.
n
Current AHPRA registration.
n
Postgraduate qualifications in mental health nursing are highly regarded (or currently progressing toward completion).
n




Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
A commitment to delivering exceptional, recovery-focused, individualised care.
n
Ability to facilitate and deliver skill group content with creativity and flexibility.
n
Familiar with Microsoft Suite
n
Unrestricted NSW drivers' licence
n
Personal vehicle that may be used for work purposes
n

Remuneration
n
On offer is a base hourly rate ranging from$***** - $*****+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. (NSW RN/Midwife gr1-gr8)
