We're Hiring: Experienced Machine Operator – Marlee Signs

We want someone who can hit the ground running, own their workflow, and help keep our production floor running at peak performance.
You'll work confidently across:
Colex cutters
Large-format digital printers
Laminators, routers, plotters & more
If it's in a signage workshop, you'll be hands-on with it.
What We're Looking For
You'll thrive here if you have:
2+ years' experience in the signage industry




Solid understanding of print production, finishing, and materials
The ability to troubleshoot machines and keep jobs flowing smoothly
A sharp eye for detail and commitment to premium-quality work
Solid communication, reliability, and a team-focused mindset
