We are currently seeking an experienced TSF (Tailings Storage Facility) Mining Superintendent to join our client's operational team on a FIFO 8/6 roster from Perth.

About the Role
n
You'll be responsible for leading and coordinating all TSF construction and operations, ensuring compliance with design, safety and environmental requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‐on leader with proven experience in tailings or large-scale civil earthworks.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist in managing daily TSF operations including dam construction, embankment raises, and water management.
n
Oversee QA/QC compliance, scheduling and resource allocation.
n
Work with engineers, consultants and client representatives.
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
5+ years in a supervisor or Superintendent role within TSF or civil mining.
n
Strong leadership,



planning and communication skills.
n
Sound understanding of dam construction, QA/QC and geotechnical principles.
n
Relevant qualifications in Civil or Mining Engineering (preferred).
n
Current WA "C" Class Driver's Licence.
n
Fit Test - Required to be clean shaven.
n
